Dear Rabbi Moshe and EVERYONE at YATI and B'nai Yahushua Synagogue!

The easiest way to tell what your service meant to me is to copy below what I wrote to former Muslim S of California late Saturday night and also sent to a friend who has been asking me to sign her up for YATI newsletters and did so herself Saturday after I sent her the Yom Kippur teaching just in case you had not yet added her.  I first told Rav Simon about the service then elaborated for the others.  But this morning I copied him the part further describing the teaching by Zacharyah.

As stated in the following letter as an intent, I am hereby officially requesting that the talk by Zacharyah be written up as a "sermon notes" or "guest teaching" so those who cannot listen to YATI Radio due to dial-up, etc. can receive a tiny portion of the blessing and study it out for themselves. 

By the way, Silas informed me: Awesome that you had a great YOM KIPPUR! I had a good one also, my mother also took some food out for me as well before my family left for the mosque. May Yahuweh guide my parents to His Son. I was touched. It was the first time I had fasted after 3 years or so?  Can't wait for the next Feast.  So that sounds sweet, kind and accepting on his mother's part.  I believe he wisely has not told his parents he's been baptized (last March 20 at age 20) and in the process he has some inner peace with Yahushua despite his living conditions being unchanged. 

It is his heart's desire that his Sufi parents, so proud that mom directly descends from Mohammed and dad directly from Abu Bakar so that they are Islamic royalty almost (though not really Islamic or proper Muslims at all in the eyes of Sunnis and Shiites), and two younger sisters will be drawn by the Ruach into joy and freedom in Yahushua with the ONE TRUE MOST HIGH ELOHIM OF THE UNIVERSE, YAHUWEH!!!

(When S gave permission for his Yom Kippur Testimony to be posted/read at YATI he added: "Yeah it is something else to be a former fanatic muslim with a geneology that goes to muhammad from my mother's side and abubakr from my father's side making me the descendant of Kedar & Dumah two of Ishmael's sons who populated Arabia. So in this respect I am the offspring of Abraham physically and and Ishmaelite in descent, worshipping the True God of Abraham, Yahuweh, the God of my cousins, the Jews (Israelites)."

 Wow! Did I ever have a dynamic FIRST EVER Yom Kippur service thanks to YATI Radio with the last sermon (of 5 I think - this followed R. Moshe's) by Zacharyah (a Spanish-speaking man who has learned Hebrew well enough that he now does the entire Shabbat litergy powerfully and is taking intense English classes as R. Moshe trains him to become a rabbi) being truly original and something that had never occured to R. Moshe in his 24 years of Bible study and 50 years of being a Jewish man.  I took notes but I think I'll request that this talk be written up like R. Moshe does with his so others can study it out for themselves.  The title was "The Mystery Of The Three Pesachs" and had to do with Yahushua's ministry lasting three and a half years, ending on the third Pesach.  But that leaves six months which is where the tie to Yom Kippur comes in.

 Now I really understand many aspects of this Feast of Atonements!!!!!   R. Moshe had his own personal discovery he was sharing as well.  At the end of the YATI Siddur (prayer book with Shabbat and all the Feasts) there is a part where many kinds of sins are named and for each one a clenched fist is to smite our hearts.  So very many little sins that over a year a person would have committed almost all of them in some manner or degree.  I'm going to be doing a lot more self-examination and thinking before I speak or act in the coming year, that's for sure. 

 The service went from 10 a.m. til 8 p.m. ending with everyone being invited to Great Mt. Sinai type blasts with their shofars.  I was totally shocked by the amazingly loud, deep vibrating sound that came out of my shofar and how long I was able to hold it.  A real never before.  When I ran out of breath, Zacharyah was calling out for another  Tekiah Gedolah so I blew E, N, W and S (to call Ephraim to wake up and return and Judah to let the veil be removed and come to Yahushua) and the sound was just as loud and awesome with each blast.   The fast, though over 24 hours long, was pleasurable because my focus was upon these very ones for which those powerful shofar blasts came at the end. 

 I hope you had a good day of reflection and thanksgiving that Yahushua has claimed you as His own and you can now approach the Throne where he sits as the Right Hand of Abba Yahuweh and acts as your "I am FOR YOU" Intercessor.

 I'm excited that I have the next two Thursdays off for the two Annual Shabbats connected with Sukkot.  You never know what treasure will come out as a gift from the VERY LONG YATI Radio services...
